Q. What is the turnaround time for design and development?

Turnaround time is based on a few factors. Custom design and development work can take anywhere from 1 – 10 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design, number of revisions, number of pages and functionality required.

Q. What if I need to make updates or changes to my site?

We have you covered. We want you to be able to focus on running your business and not worrying about making changes to your site. Website maintenance and updates are all included in your service plan. Submit a support ticket for website changes and we will take care of the rest. Submit Site Updates or Changes

Q. Do you use a pre built templates for websites?

No, we don’t. We use our own custom-built framework and theme’s for all our client’s websites. All design work is custom and built from the ground up.

Q. Is website analytics & SEO part of my service plan?

Yes, Google Analytics setup, reporting, and SEO are all included in every service plan. We will make sure that your website will index correctly with Google and all other search engines. You will be able to see your Google Analytics reports in the admin part of your website at any time.

Q. How do I get started with Tampa Bay Interactive?

Review our service plans and when you’re ready click the “Get started button”. After we receive your request we will reach out to you to complete a survey and planning form online. This will help you and us decide which service plan is best for you. If you are unsure which plan is right for you. Q: Do I need to purchase a domain name?

Yes and No, All you have to do is let us know the name you want and we will see if it’s available for purchase. We will set up your new domain with your hosting account. If you already have a domain you’d like to use, just let us know and we will handle that for you as well. Easy Peasy!

Q. Will I have a say in the graphic design process?

Yes, this is why the survey is so important before we start mocking up your design. Without your input, we can’t build you the site of your dreams. We want you to be completely satisfied and it’s important that your site reflects your brand.

Q. Can I see my website while it's in progress?

We encourage it. We build your website on our development server and provide you with a username and password so that you can log in and monitor the progress of your site. During this phase, we encourage your feedback if something isn’t quite the way you envisioned it or if you’ve changed your mind. Once your site is ready and you have provided your approval, we will go live and start the SEO process for your website.

Q0 Is web hosting included in my servie plan?

Yes, We use one of the best and fastest VPS SSD cloud-based web hosting services in the country. We don’t offer service for development outside of our hosting service plans.

Q. Is a SSL ceriticate include in my service plan?

Yes, every service plan includes one SSL certificate to be used with your Tampa Bay Interactive account.

Q. What if I want a design upgrade?

We offer free design upgrades every 12 months for our Enterprise service plan and every 24 and 36 months with our business and starter plan. If want a design upgrade sooner. Just reach out to us and we can give an estimate..

Q. Do I need to know HTML or any web code?

No, We will design and develop your website for you. We will also update and make site changes for you as well. We want you to focus on your business and not building and maintaining a website.

Q. Is eCommerce included with my plan?

Yes, Fully integrated eCommerce is included with our Business and Enterprise plan with unlimited product listings. Our starter plan has limited eCommerce product listings.

Q. Can you help setup my email account in my email client?

Yes, We would be more than happy to set up your email for you in Outlook or your preferred email client. We can connect to your computer remotely with TeamViewer and have you ready to go in under 10 minutes. We can also help you set up your email on your mobile device too. All at no extra charge.
